Servicio Médico Arenal Internacional We have a central “Free phone”. All the calls are distributed immediately to our Doctors in each area, this avoids a long wait for the patient. Our Medical Teams guarantee in an average of appox. 30 minutes after the call, the Dr will be able to give a professional and caring visit, usually in the language of the patient.

The medical service is guaranteed 24 hrs a day, and between the call and Doctors visit the time is approx 30 minutes.
